Terms of Service
Welcome to the official terms of service for Herb & Hearth. By engaging our custom furniture design or hotel outfitting services, you're agreeing to the operational protocols that keep our manufacturing floor running smoothly.
Why do we emphasize these details? Because bespoke interior solutions require precision, not just in wood and fabric, but in expectations. We've refined these terms over 12 years of craftsmanship to protect both our artisans and your investments.
Our manufacturing lead times typically range from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on material availability. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated throughout the production cycle. Any modifications to custom orders must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of deposit placement.
Manufacturing & Delivery
We pride ourselves on excellence in hospitality furniture. Since we handle fragile, large-scale hotel shipments, we've established strict quality control measures. Upon delivery to your New York location or international site, a designated representative must inspect all pieces.
Is your site ready for outfitting? It's essential that the installation environment is climate-controlled to prevent warping of high-grade wood finishes. Herb & Hearth isn't liable for damage caused by improper storage on active construction sites.
// NOTE: improve accessibility for mobile long-scroll /* Ensures consistent spacing across breakpoints */
Payment & Bespoke Orders
We require a 50% commencement deposit for all custom furniture projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of production, prior to shipping from our 178 Meserole Street facility. We don't accept cancellations once specialized materials like Italian leathers or rare hardwoods have been sourced.
Have you reviewed your space planning drawings? Your approval on the final CAD shop drawings is the definitive guide for our craftsmen. We build exactly what is signed off.
For large-scale hotel furnishing contracts, milestone payments can be arranged through our finance department. Reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to discuss a tiered billing structure for your property.
